We are very proud to have Félix Delgado as chairman for the forthcoming conference in 2008. Félix is a.o. a member of the board of Eboli Corporate, Möbius, Mensor. He is also Chairman of the board in Composite Aeronautic Group. Previously he was VP Public Sector for Capgemini and Partner in Ernst & Young Consulting and member of Executive Committee, Global Client Consulting and Global Competencies Committee,  Director in Coopers & Lybrand, CIO in OCISA (now ACS) and CIO in Grupo de Empresas Pascual.
